Unlocking Gems helps autistic youth and young adults ages 14–30 with lower support needs navigate the transition from high school into adulthood with confidence and purpose. Through Christian autism support and autism advocacy, we help young adults discover their strengths, build practical skills, and take meaningful steps toward greater independence.
Based in Chesapeake, VA, and serving families throughout Hampton Roads, we provide autism independent living skills and autism employment support to prepare young adults for everyday life, community involvement, and work. Our program is offered at no cost to participants and supported through grants, donations, and fundraising.

Finishing high school is a major milestone, but what comes next can bring new questions for autistic young adults and their families.
